Exchange Policy

1. Products can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.

2. No refund policy.

3. Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition.

4. Products can be exchanged if customer not suite for the sizes, but not in different style or color.

5. Following items cannot be exchanged: Socks, inner wear, camisole and item that has been sent for alteration.

6. Product exchange within 7 days after parcel received.

7. Customer have to bear the shipping fees RM 8 for west malaysia and RM 13 for east malaysia.
